Welding pressure control: real-time detection depth and pressure process data are fed back to the controller, and the closed-loop control of synchronous operation adjustment is performed on the servo system after processing by the controller, avoiding the disadvantages of real-time adjustment of pressure in the transmission pneumatic welding mode affected by the air source and inflation rate, and the traditional servo welding cannot ensure high-speed and synchronous adjustment of welding pressure through torque control.
